Booking confirmation and easy check in procedure
When bookings are confirmed, we will send a booking confirmation.
Once your booking is confirmed we ask for you to add your credit card details via a secure link. Specific check-in instructions for each property are then sent to you prior to your arrival.
Once you have arrived at the property you can complete check-in with us and we will meet you on-site. Check-in involves completing a simple guest registration form and providing contact information for yourself during your stay.
We have no onsite office at individual properties but we are available throughout your stay by telephone.
