Your manager team consist of Liz in the office and Megan who manages our operations and guest check ins. We hold a diverse portfolio of Wanaka holiday rental accommodation options. We also own the 4.5 star rated exclusive Websters on Wanaka Lodge.
Our boutique portfolio of Wanaka holiday apartments and holiday house rentals is growing. We manage a range of holiday rentals to suit almost everyone’s needs. Our accommodation rentals range from luxurious apartments to premium holiday houses and other vacation rentals. These are offered at the highest spec with the added value of many guest extras.
Each apartment listed with us has many unique features. Our holiday rentals have excellent indoor/outdoor flow with garden patios and decks. Some apartments also have access to a spa pool.
In addition we have added the latest smart technology flat-screen TV’s and free WIFI, plus added extras like Chromecasts that can be requested for some of our properties. All LWMA rentals have quality fixtures and furnishings. We maintain a scrupulously high record of maintenance and cleaning.
Checking in with us:
We always provide a personalised and flexible “guest friendly check-in service”. Our office is mobile and we email our guests their check-in instructions early for a hassle-free arrival.
Then, once you are on your journey we ask that you update us 20 minutes prior to your arrival confirming your ETA. We will meet you at your accommodation to complete your check-in personally.
Similarly we are on call throughout your stay and always happy to be contacted should you need assistance. Our regular office hours are 8am-8pm so we are only a phone call away throughout your stay. Please note emergency calls are always free of charge.
