Magic on Manuka as the name suggests has a magical quality. It has spacious lawns and garden tucked away in a quiet crescent yet quite close to Wanaka town centre. Just a 10minute drive or 30-minute walk and you are in town or on the waterfront.
This holiday house provides guests with a fabulous stay and provides everything you could possibly expect for making your Wanaka holiday memorable.
The holiday house itself is spacious with multiple rooms and even space for an office, lounge, dining and modern kitchen. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a King bed with an adjacent bathroom. There are three further bedrooms in the house. 2 bedrooms with King singles and a Queen room. One of the twin king singles rooms has an ensuite. There is also another well-appointed bathroom making three bathrooms in total.
The lounge opens onto a private patio. This lends itself to great outdoor living for a good part of the year, with outdoor dining as weather permits. This naturally leads one into the garden to enjoy at your leisure.
The open plan kitchen dining and lounge in this modern holiday house is spacious. There is excellent WIFI. There is great off-street parking with plenty of space. The laundry facilities are modern and up to date in a dedicated laundry room.

This luxurious 2 bedroom townhouse is an ideal place for couples or a family. Modern and stylish, this townhouse has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms.There is a bedroom that features a King Bed ( not twin) and another that can be configured as super king or twin. The fully equipped kitchen has a variety of quality appliances including a Nepresso coffee machine to cater for your every need. The open plan living/dining area offers plenty of space to relax in, in the evenings and leads onto a terrace with outdoor furniture that looks out towards the Lake and mountains. There is no garage available at this property.
The Laundry facilities include a washing machine, drier and private outdoor clothes line. There is parking off the street for two cars. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet yet handy to town this wonderful lakeside gem is only a few minutes in the car to town or a 20 minute walk on a lovely lakeside path, this is the place for you! Just as its name suggests, Kapuka townhouse is a fabulous stay, close to the heart of Wanaka only 1.5 km from Wanaka town centre and is very much part of Wanaka’s newest eco friendly community. This home has everything you could possibly expect plus more for making your Wanaka holiday memorable. Guests have access to 2 great bikes to go off and explore the trails or to have a good coffee in town.
Upstairs the spacious master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are also two other bedrooms. One bedroom has a set of twin beds that can be made into superking. The other bedroom is a queen bedroom. Both these bedrooms share a large well appointed bathroom.
Kapuka is a fabulous new and modern well appointed townhouse of with every last convenience. It is snug and warm in winter, and cool in summer. There are heat pumps throughout the house. The lounge opens onto a fabulous deck lending itself to great outdoor living for a good part of the year as weather allows.
The garage is a real bonus for anyone using this lovely home. Drive straight in to the garage and there is access straight into the house. This is a great space for those extras you bring with you but need somewhere to store. A great space for your ski gear, bikes or other holiday equipment.

This Apartment has everything you could possibly expect plus more for making your Wanaka holiday memorable. Guests are only a short 5 minute walk to the town centre to have a good coffee.
There is stairs entry only to this apartment. The spacious master bedroom has a Californian king bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are also two other bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds. The other bedroom is a queen bedroom. Both these bedrooms share a well appointed bathroom. The Bedrooms are on the 1st level with great heating options on both levels.The whole top level is dedicated to lounge, kitchen and dining with access to outdoor patios and deck with great lake views.

Alpine Peaks Apartment is an ideal retreat for any short break or holidays, or even a weekend away with friends or the family. Ideally suited to a maximum of 4 guests and furnished to the highest standard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and opens out onto a shared balcony. The apartment is centrally heated with the added bonus of a heatpump which offers heat in winter and air conditioning in summer.
The bedrooms are configured as a Queen room, and a super king or two king singles in the extra bedroom. Each bedroom has the latest smart technology flat-screen television along with complimentary WIFI internet. The Kitchenette has a variety of quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine to cater to most requirements. There is benchtop cooking, a full fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The open plan living/dining area is compact but really suitable to relax in, in the evenings. A terrace with outdoor furniture has 180-degree views of the southern alps mountain range. There no garage available at this property however there is plenty of parking space adjacent to the front entrance is available.
The Laundry facilities include a washing machine, drier, and outdoor clothesline. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet yet handy to town this wonderful apartment gem with elevated views is only a few minutes in the car to town or a 20-minute walk, this is the place for you!
