Guests can wander through the wonderful garden which is full of surprises and unexpected quiet spaces amongst the beautiful peonies and daffodils in spring. The garden continues to impress with other unexpected treasures like berries, vegetables and herbs. Wonderful outdoor spaces and the closeness to a lovely creek make this garden paradise unequaled for visitor accommodation.
The house itself is spacious with multiple rooms and even space for an office, lounge and modern contemporary kitchen. Heat pumps in key places make for efficient heating or air-conditioning in the hot summer months. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a king bed with an adjacent bathroom. There are two further bedrooms. One Queen bedroom and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a second well appointed bathroom.
The lounge opens onto a private patio lending itself to great outdoor living for a good part of the year with outdoor dining as weather permits. This naturally leads one into the garden to enjoy at your leisure.
The open plan kitchen dining and lounge in this modern contemporary holiday house is spacious. There is excellent WIFI. There is great off-street parking and plenty of space in a double garage for those extras you bring with you but need somewhere to store. The laundry facilities are modern and up to date in a dedicated laundry room.
Arcadia Garden is ideally suited to two couples travelling together or is also perfect for family holiday accommodation. Priced for 4 persons, however it is possible to add 1 or 2 extras (for an additional charge) If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet yet handy to town, this is the place for you!
A welcome basket is there for you on arrival so you can enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee to relax with. This holiday home is also perfect for events, weddings, long weekends and destination holidays.
